Trangendered Students, the Bathroom, and Pickens County Schools
A couple of weeks ago Pickens County, Georgia, adopted a new bathroom policy for transgendered students, based on a recent court ruling by the Eleventh Circuit.
The court sided with a transgendered student who claimed that his rights were being violated by the 14th Amendment, and he was receiving unequal treatment based on the sex of his choosing. The court basically said that he could use whichever school bathroom that went with his sexual identity. In this case it was a student who was born female, had transitioned into a male, and wanted to use the men’s restroom with the rest of the students. A complaint was filed and the school forced this student to use a gender-neutral bathroom. Hence the unequal treatment and the lawsuit.
Fast forward a few months.
Earlier this school year, parents of a girl transitioning into a boy went to some Pickens County officials and requested that their child be allowed to use the boys’ bathroom instead of a separate unisex bathroom in the teachers’ lounge. Until recently that was the county’s policy. Should any student feel uncomfortable using either the girls’ or boys’ bathroom, then they were allowed to use the bathroom stall in the teachers’ lounge. However, since the Eleventh Circuit made the ruling that transgender students may use whichever bathroom fits their sexual identity, Pickens County decided to change its bathroom policy.
On October 10th the county said that it was going to build a series of gender-neutral bathrooms composed of several private stalls in each one. In the meantime, students were allowed to use whichever bathroom they identified with. That’s the critical part of the story here.
Naturally, this caused many parents to be outraged, especially since there was no advance notice of the policy change. There was so much outcry that the county held an emergency town hall meeting on Monday, October 14th, so that concerned parents could have a chance to speak to the officials and let them know about their concerns.
The school officials listened to the concerned parents as well as the supporters of the transgender students. Still, the policy remained in effect at that point in time.
Two days later, on October 16th, the school system reversed its new policy and required transgender students to once again use the gender-neutral bathrooms in the teachers’ lounge.
Last I saw, I don’t know if the schools are still going to build the new series of gender-neutral bathrooms proposed by the school board last week. I would assume that plans of some sort are still being developed. As somebody stated, Pandora’s box has already been opened. Now they’re going to have to move forward with one way or another to protect all of the students while also following the laws.
WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?
On the surface this looks like a simple case of equal rights. People who transition their looks from one sex to another wanted to be treated like the changed version. That’s understandable. However, it’s not as equal as they would like you to believe. Besides, there’s something else lingering under the surface of the water. It was already pointed out earlier in this article.
Are you ready?
In the case of these bathroom laws concerning transgender students, it’s all about allowing boys into the girls’ bathroom, at all age levels. It means that a boy who suddenly identifies as a female can be allowed to enter a girl’s bathroom without anybody stopping him. That’s the deeper cause that the agenda is really pushing.
If a girl goes into a boy’s bathroom, especially in high school, many of the boys won’t mind. Some will shy away from the girl, some simply won’t care, and some will think it’s a girl looking for some action, if you know what I mean. But the bottom line is that most boys would be okay if girls entered their bathroom.
We’re talking about boys though. Most boys are bigger, stronger and faster than the average girl. It’s simple biology plus the generally more physically active lifestyle. You cannot deny that. So if a girl went into a boy’s bathroom, and she tried to make unwanted sexual advances towards a boy, chances are very likely that the boy will easily be able to push away and escape from the girl. Again, we’re talking about basic differences in size and strength.
Now reverse the situation.
Have a boy decide to enter a girl’s bathroom, and watch what happens. The girls will yell and scream and cower away from the boy. Some will try to push him out of there. Others will seek safety in the bathroom stalls. The bottom line is that it would take several girls working together to forcibly remove a single boy from their bathroom.
Now what if a girl is using the bathroom by herself and a boy decided to use it as well? Remember, as long as he identifies as a female, then according to the law he’s allowed to be in the girls’ bathroom.
For starters, we know that those bathroom stalls are not anywhere near as private as they’d like for you to believe. There are gaps between the door and the corners of the walls. The walls also stop about a foot-and-a-half above the floor, making you partially exposed there as well. It’s only a very basic level of privacy at best.
So here we have a boy in a girl’s bathroom that only offers very basic privacy. Also, it’s an enclosed area where people are usually half-naked as they “take care of business” in one way or another. Do you really want your daughter to be in a position like that when a boy or several boys suddenly walk in there, all because they decided to identify as a girl?
This is where the safety angle comes into play. That was why so many parents were outraged. It was also, rather conveniently, glossed over by the news media. We’re not talking about boys who took estrogen pills and even went through the genital-mutilating, sexual reassignment surgery. No, we’re talking about regular boys now being allowed into the girls’ bathroom, all because they choose to identify as a girl that day, whether they are truly transitioning or not.
That’s what the ruling of the Eleventh Circuit really allowed.
I believe that the student won the Eleventh Circuit court case because it was an FTM (female-to-male) person trying to gain “equal rights” to use the boys’ bathroom. It was seen as harmless and easier to gain the sympathy of the judges. Had it been a MTF (male-to-female) person, then the case would have been harder to win as it was showing the darker side of the same exact lawsuit.
Don’t get caught up in the emotions. Read between the lines and look at the bigger picture. What’s disguised as “transgender rights” will ultimately be used as a case to allow boys and girls to use bathrooms and locker rooms together at the same time. It’s all part of the push to sexualize young children, expose them to perversions at younger and younger ages, and continue degrading the traditional morals and values that once made our nation so great.
There’s a reason why gays and transgender people are given so much positive attention these days. There’s a reason why they even allowed a reality TV show such as “I Am Jazz” to be produced. And that, my friends, is part of a much deeper conspiracy. Once you see it and start connecting the dots, your world will never be the same.
It’s true. All of it.
